3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Carriers and Methods

We ship using carriers of our choice. Preferred carriers include USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground, but carrier selection may vary.

3.2 Shipping Destinations & Legal Compliance

• United States Only: We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally.
• Knives and Weapons Compliance: By placing an order, the Buyer represents and warrants that they are in full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing the possession and receipt of knives in their jurisdiction. Hickory Dust N Dimes, LLC dba Hickory Dust N Dimes strictly adheres to the Federal Switchblade Act and will not ship any item in violation of federal law. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to know and comply with their local knife laws.

3.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier, at which point the Seller no longer retains possession or control, consistent with Tennessee law.

3.4 Lost or Stolen Packages

Refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages will only be considered after completion of the carrier’s claim process. Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are not the responsibility of the Seller.
